Password recovery
In the following article you will learn how to recover your password if you forgot it.
Important: This will only be available to customers who have enable their integration with BUK.
First you must enter your Identification Document, Email or Username depending on how you wish to log in.
If you forgot your password you will need to access the login portal and click on Forgot your password?
Then you must:
Enter your email address
To continue you have to click on Reset Password.
A new tab will open, similar to the following, where you will need to enter the email address to which you want to receive the link to reset your password:
You will receive the instructions via email to update your password.
