In this article you can find the step-by-step guide on how to configure GAMIFICATION to your courses. But what is GAMIFICATION? Our platform features a system where points, levels and medals can be assigned to employees as they complete milestones within the courses. Currently these points only have the benefit of gaining experience, advancing levels and obtaining medals on our platform.
The activation of gamification is not mandatory, it is optional.
How to configure it?
1.- In the following path: USER > GAMIFICATION (see images)
2.- Next, you will find the EXPERIENCE section, where you can assign experience points based on the milestones the employee achieves within the platform. (see images).
Our platform has several predefined milestones that can be activated or not according to the needs of the company implementing the platform.
3.- The LEVELS section, is where you can assign points for employees to level up based on the experience points they accumulate, as well as defining the total number of points they require to advance from one level to another. You will be able to assign a name to each level or keep the default name provided by the platform. Additionally, you must assign a score to each level.
4.- The BADGES section is where you can configure the use of badges. They can be earned by completing missions related to learning, logging into the platform, achieving certain approval percentages, participating in surveys, or providing feedback.
You can activate all or some of the badges based on the client's criteria.
When you access "VIEW BADGES," you may customize the badges. (see image)
In the badge editing section, you can change the image and name of each badge.
It is important to save the changes after finishing the editing process. (see image).
